THE RED SHOES
MONDAYS 8:00AM-9:00AM | GENTLE MORNING YOGA
Wake up the body and invigorate your mind and spirit with morning yoga. Starting your day with gentle stretching increases circulation, improves posture and enhances your energy level. This integrated class offers a slow, meditative approach to yoga with a focus on breathing, core strength, and proper body alignment. Bringing breath and movement into balance, become grounded and focused for the day.
ONE HEART YOGA
THURSDAYS, 5:15 PM-6:15PM | ALIGNMENT
An Anusara-style class offering detailed instruction for optimal physical alignment. This class takes the student into a depth of physical awareness that provides a uniquely effective practice for aligning body, breath and mind.
MONDAYS, 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM | SUNRISE YOGA
Start your day off right with a sweet, and energizing yoga flow designed to awaken your body, focus your mind, and ignite your spirit. Expect a flowing fusion of sun salutations, standing and seated yoga postures, and breath work. All levels welcome (please move at your own pace and rest or modify as needed).
MONDAYS, 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM | VINYASA I
Poses are sequenced to allow fluid movement from one to the next. This continuous flow of movement strengthens the body and improves flexibility. General to intermediate level.
THURSDAYS, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM | GENERAL LEVEL
This is a moderate level class that offers basic alignment principles, simple breathing techniques, and is paced to allow the safe application of modifications. Poses are sustained.
SATURDAYS, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | SLOW FLOW
This sequenced all-levels class links conscious breath with a mindful flow to build endurance, strength, flexibility, and inner stillness. All levels welcome (please move at your own pace and rest or modify as needed).
